Comments from tasters: All the aromas of the English countryside are in this honey. It is pleasantly granular with a lasting floral journey. It has a perfect sweetness that flows beautifully from beginning to end. This honey has a rich aroma and a good consistency. Its crystalline texture dissipates on the tongue. The aromas continue to develop as one tastes. A very tasty honey and a great example of a British regional honey. Delicately sweet with an intense floral and woody aroma, this set honey is easy to eat giving us a full floral flavour but also leaving the palate quite clean and bright. There isn't any cloying sweetness or overly rich flavour that makes it too much. |
